PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

Thinklean Limited develops and publishes social games for mobile devices. “PokerBROS,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this Privacy Policy refers to Thinklean Limited registered in Seychelles

For purposes of data protection laws, Thinklean Limited is the “data controller” of your personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends on what Services you use and how you use them. Please see below for more details.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US DIRECTLY

We collect information that you provide us, including:

Your PokerBROS Account information, including your email address.

Security questions and answers;

Information you provide when seeking help from us such as your name, telephone number and email records of the issues you experience;

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WHEN PLAYING ONLINE

When you participate in social features such as chat, the audio, visual, and electronic information that you disclose may become publicly available. It also may be read, copied, collected, or used by other players. Please make sure your privacy settings reflect your preferences.

OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES

We may collect other information automatically when you use our Services, including IP address;

Mobile and other hardware or device identifiers;

General geolocation data (derived from IP or device settings);

Browser information, including your browser type and the language you prefer;

Referring and exit pages, including landing pages and pages viewed and other interactions with web content; Platform type;

Information about your device, hardware and software, such as your hardware settings and components, PokerBROS software and updates you have installed or use, and presence of required plugins;

Details about what PokerBROS games or Services you purchase or obtain, and your use of them; Inferences regarding your preferences, predispositions, behavior, abilities, and aptitudes;

Device event information, including crash reports, request and referral URLs and system activity details (e.g. whether you encountered an error playing our games or lost Internet access);

Biometric information (for specific applications such as face-scanning apps); and

Other information (such as your likeness) that you may provide as part of your participation in live events.

We also may collect and store information locally on your device, using mechanisms like cookies, browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

If you are a resident of the European Union, we rely on a number of legal grounds to process information about you. For example, we will process information about you where we have your consent, where we have a legitimate interest to do so, where the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, and where we have a legal obligation to process your information. For example, we rely on our legitimate interests to serve targeted marketing for our Services and on contractual necessity to process information when you create a PokerBROS Account. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We and third parties use technologies described below to collect information to deliver excellent experiences.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies are small text files stored on your Internet browser. We use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand things like what web pages, features or ads you view and what games you play. This information helps us keep track of your shopping cart, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, make sure you don't see the same ad repeatedly and otherwise help enhance your player experience. You can disable cookies, limit the types of cookies you allow, or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. We use other technologies for similar purposes as a cookie. We use tracking pixels or clear GIFs to collect information about your use of our Services and your response to our marketing emails. We also use Analytics, Advertising, Anti-Cheat and Anti-Fraud technologies in our Services that utilize the same cookies and similar mechanisms. These technologies are described below.

ANALYTICS TECHNOLOGIES

We use our own game servers and internal and third party analytic technologies to collect information about how you use our Services, your computer or device and the health of our Services.

For instance, PokerBROS may collect and store data from your computer or device when you use our Services. This information includes technical and related information about your computer or device and operating system (such as IP Address and device ID), information about your feature usage, gameplay and usage statistics, system interactions and peripheral hardware for purposes described in Section 3, below. If you play a game offline, this data will be stored on your device and transmitted to PokerBROS when your device connects to the Internet. If you participate in online Services, PokerBROS also may collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display your persona and/or statistical data regarding your game play (including scores, rankings and accomplishments), or identify content that is created and shared by you with other players.

Third party analytics technologies integrated into our Services may combine the information they collect in connection with PokerBROS' Services with information they have independently collected over time and across different websites. Many of these companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

ANTI-CHEAT AND FRAUD PREVENTION TECHNOLOGIES

PokerBROS strives to provide a safe and fair gaming environment for all players. When you log in to one of our Services, set up an PokerBROS Account we or third parties may use cookies ,device fingerprinting or game data and similar technologies to create a machine "fingerprint" or "hash" of your machine components, for fraud prevention, security and authentication purposes. We may also monitor publicly-available information, third party sites and/or use anti-cheat technology with our Services, including Security Team with access to the in-game data to prevent cheating and Fraud.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal and non-personal information, both individually and combined together, in the following ways:

Survey your opinions through surveys or questionnaires;

Communicate with you and respond to your specific requests or questions; and

Manage and send you confirmations and important information about your account, Services, purchases, subscriptions, and warranties.

TO PERSONALIZE OUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU, INCLUDING TO:

Present offers and/or information relating to games you might like;

Make recommendations to you; and

Personalize advertising for you and deliver targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers.

We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to provide our Services, and we may retain that information beyond that period if necessary for legal, operational or other legitimate reasons.

INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not share, sell (as the term is defined under applicable privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), or disclose your personal information with Third Parties other than for Security Reasons (Anti-Cheating Measures) .

WHERE WE HOLD YOUR INFORMATION

Personal information we collect may be stored and processed for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy in Hong Kong,China or any other country in which PokerBROS, its subsidiaries, or third party agents operate. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to recipients in Hong Kong,China and other countries that may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the laws in your country of residence or citizenship.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Security of our players' information is a priority at PokerBROS, and we take a range of measures to help protect it, including encryption of sensitive financial information. Even so, no security measure is 100% perfect. This means we cannot guarantee the security of your information and do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized use or access to your information under our control.

YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

We give you meaningful choices when it comes to important uses and collection of information. For example, if you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from PokerBROS, you may click the unsubscribe link included in the footer of every marketing email we send.

To protect your account security and personal information, you may be asked before exercising these rights to verify your account ownership, for example by reciting a code sent to the email address associated with your PokerBROS account to a customer support representative. Once you have verified your account ownership, you may also provide your written confirmation authorizing an agent to exercise these rights for you.

Your right to deletion. You may deactivate your PokerBROS Account or delete the personal information associated with your account by contacting care@pokerbros.net. If you do so, you will no longer have access to the PokerBROS games or Services associated with your account. Note that PokerBROS may retain information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreements, protect our legal rights, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Services. Otherwise, we will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with, create, and improve our Services, and to comply with the law.

Your right to access. You can access the personal information we hold about you in a portable format by contacting Customer Care: care@pokerbros.net.

Your right to correction. You can request correction of your personal information where it is inaccurate or incomplete. In some cases, we may provide self-service tools, such as those on the PokerBROS customer account portal.

Your right to opt out or object to certain processing. You may have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties, if applicable, or object to some processing of your data, where such requests are permitted by law.

You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the privacy rights described in this section.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time, so please review it frequently. We'll notify you of material changes via a notice on our home page (www.pokerbros.net) effective immediately. If we are required by applicable data protection laws to give you enhanced notice or seek your consent to any such changes, we will do so.
