HOW CAN I REGISTER AN ACCOUNT OR LOG IN TO POKERBROS?
When you open our application and you see the Login Page click “register” option if you want to create a new account, then enter a username and password. You can also click log-in with Facebook to sign up for an account.
Note: Your username has to be between 2-12 characters.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Click “forgot password” on the login screen. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email. Please bear in mind that you need to bind an email with your account to be able to reset your password. Otherwise this feature will not be accessible.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
In the lobby click the top right panel > change password.
HOW CAN I ADJUST MY TABLE THEME, BACKGROUND, BUTTON AND CARDS?
In the Main Lobby View click the top right panel and choose “Theme Settings”. You have the option to change certain elements (Table,Background,Button and Cards) for each game type separately.
Alternatively you can choose to set the theme for “ALL” Game Types then it will change it for all games you play. The option to change the table theme is also available during the play . Click the top-left dropdown menu and choose "Table Settings">"Theme Settings".
HOW CAN I LINK MY EMAIL?
In the Main Lobby View click the top right panel and choose Bind email.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY MESSAGES?
The messages are available under the "Messages" button top right next to the main menu options.
Alternatively when you enter any of the clubs you are a member of, there will be a separate "Messages" button on the very left when you expand the Club menu bottom to the right.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY AVATAR?
When you log in to the app, under the Main Window, click the top left Avatar next to your nickname and ID number. You will be taken to the Profile Page. You need to click the Avatar again and it will take you to the “Change Icon” menu where you can choose your favorite avatar.
Alternatively, the same option is available when you are playing. Just click on your Avatar and follow the same steps.
CAN I TURN OFF AVATAR?
When you login into the app under the main Window. Click the Avatar located next to your Nickname and ID number on the top left. You will be taken to the Profile Page. You need to click the Avatar again and it will take you to “Change Icon” menu where under your current Avatar you have a “Show Avatars” switch. Change it from on to off and Confirm.
Alternatively the same option is available when you play. Just click on your avatar when our play and follow the exact same steps.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY NICKNAME?
When you log in into the app, under the Main Window. Click the Avatar next to your Nickname and ID number top left. You will be taken to the Profile Page. Under your Avatar and ID number, there is the option to edit your current Nickname.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY TABLE SETTINGS?
When you open any of the tables, look for the "Menu" button located at the top left. You will find the Table settings there. There are multiple options available:
- Theme settings allows you to change how your table theme looks
- Show Avatars On/Off Switch
- Show Badges On/Off Switch
- Cards Pre-Sort On/Off Switch
- Voice Message On/Off Switch
- Text Message On/Off Switch

HOW CAN I JOIN A CLUB?
In order to join a club you need to know a Club ID. Club ID is a number at least 5 digits for example 12345 and you need to ask your friend to give you this Club ID number otherwise you won’t be able to join.
In the lobby click the “Magnifier” button on the right side above the Gold Lobby/Club Covers. You will see a small grey icon. Use it to join a club.

HOW DOES RUN IT MULTIPLE TIMES AND INSURANCE WORK?
Run it once and insurance are options that allow users to reduce Variance.
Both of them have to be enabled by the person that created the Table.
You will see small notification in th middle of the table “Run It Mulitple” or “Insurance”
Both options work when both players are allin.
When players opt to Run it Multiple times the remaining community cards will be dealt once,twice or three times. In case of running the Community Cards more than once the pot will be splitted into chunks too.
Insurance also works similarly .Both players need to be allin. Player that is favourite to win can insure his hand against bad luck and bad cards. In case he does he will get refunded if the bad card hits based on what part of the pot he decided to insure.
HOW DOES THE BAD BEAT JACKPOT FEATURE WORK?
Users can create special tables with Bad Beat Jackpot, in cases of such tables, a small piece of each pot bigger than 10BB (post-flop) will be taken from the pot and contributed to the Bad Beat Jackpot payout.
The prize pool is awarded to players who hit certain Bad Beat Hands based on the payout structure visible in the Club Lobby.
The biggest share will go to a person that lost with a qualifying hand, then to the winner, and after that to the players that were playing at such a table (that were dealt cards) will receive their share too.

DOES GPS/IP RESTRICTION REALLY WORK?
Yes, unlike our competitors, the GPS works by blocking players within 500 meters of each-other. The IP protection works by blocking accounts with the same IP address from sitting at the same table.
WHAT IS DISCONNECT PROTECTION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Disconnect protection is to protect the players if their network is unstable. Our system will give 60 seconds to the disconnected player to come back to the table and will Auto check/fold during the protection. After 2 hands if it still has not reconnected, then the player will auto sit out of tables.
