1. Use of Software

It is prohibited to use any programs that provide an unfair advantage in the game (bots, hints, or similar tools).

2. Violations and Sanctions

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of cheating. We are fully confident in our security team's proprietary detection methods and systems. Information pertaining to this cannot and will not be shared under any circumstances.

3. Prohibited Forms of Unfair Play

The following forms of unfair play are strictly prohibited:

• ◆Use of automated systems or bots
• ◆Artificial redistribution of chips ("chip dumping")
• ◆Collusion between players ("team play")
• ◆Any other methods of gaining unfair advantages

4. Consequences of Violations

Confiscation of illegally obtained funds, including profit and commission or/and a fine equivalent to the chip balance on the blocked account.

5. Special Cases (Bot Usage and Colluding)

• ◆Full confiscation of the deposit
• ◆Recovery of weekly profit and commission
• ◆Expulsion from the club and a lifetime ban from playing in the club

6. Temporary Measures

If reasonable suspicion of rule-breaking arises, the player's assets will be frozen pending investigation.

7. Submitting Complaints

Players may report suspicious activity to their support by providing:

• ◆Screenshots of disputed situations
• ◆Replays of specific hands
• ◆Other relevant data

8. Player Responsibilities

If accused of unfair play, the player is obliged to:

• ◆Provide full hand histories (with exposed cards)
• ◆Submit video recordings of gameplay sessions
• ◆Complete KYC (identity verification) upon request

9. Force Majeure

We assume no financial liability in the following situations:

• ◆Technical failures (platform malfunctions causing disconnections)
• ◆Third-party actions (incorrect player exclusion, premature table closures)
• ◆Economic/systemic crises (global internet outages, collapse of crypto assets like USDT, currency devaluation)

10. Financial Terms

We guarantee the security of deposits and payout of winnings, provided the player complies with all the rules. Exceptions include:

• ◆Violations outlined in Section 2
• ◆Force majeure scenarios (see Section 6)

11. Withdrawals

Each withdrawal is processed within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment it is requested. Withdrawals are processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.

12. Language

Please use English only at the tables. A violation may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent suspension of chat privileges or access to the platform.

The use of offensive language, including profanity, hate speech, harassment, threats, or any form of abusive or discriminatory content, is strictly prohibited.

Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other players or violates basic standards of decency may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent suspension of chat privileges or access to the platform.

By participating in the game, players agree to comply with these chat guidelines at all times.

13. Other

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account if a player fails to comply with these Terms. We also reserve the right to ban players in order to protect a fair and healthy playing environment. Any banned player who has not violated these Terms will retain the right to withdraw their funds.

All decisions made by the Club are final and not subject to appeal.

USA Poker Club reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms shall be published on the usapoker.club website and the date of last revision shall be indicated.
